One more time . . . but, with feelings and logic!

Being a Stoic means resisting evil emotions while preserving good and moral feelings and behavior. Stoic sapiens have evolved a new type of physical expression of feelings which I call l'motion for "logical motion" instead of evil, destructive emotion. To understand this, you need to know what emotion is.

Unbelievably, when I began researching about emotion, I found a wide range of responses. One person interviewed stated, "Emotion does not actually exist; that is, emotion is just a concept." After researching numerous books, the conclusion is that no one really knows what emotion is, but a lot of people try to sweep it under the carpet.

In futuristic movies, emotions are played out in high-strung primitive fashion. I doubt very seriously that futuristic society will have strong emotions because it would heighten the probability of extinction -- all it would take is one primitive to access the futuristic technology to wipe out civilization.

The only way a futuristic society can ever come into being is to evolve out of primitive evil emotion into something better; however, in order to do that, the evolved replacement has to be something that is more supportive of survival or the unconscious will reject it.

Emotion is composed of the two elements of feeling and motion. Emotion cannot occur without the transmission and receiving of both elements.

Feeling is an electromagnetic function of the nervous system perceived in the conscious facet of the brain which occurs as an impulse response to a stimulus. The basic stimuli are: chemicals, thoughts, and senses (felt, seen, heard, or smelled).

Feelings cannot occur outside of the conscious facet domain; Therefore, all feelings can be evaluated with logic, and logical action -- l'motion -- can be taken.

The conscious perception of feeling is a form of communication from unconscious electrical impulses, and may occur with random unconscious concerns from the environment that it previews and transmits to the conscious facet for application of logic.

It is the function of the conscious to respond and establish an identity for the feeling; if the conscious facet lacks logical ability, then the feeling is subject to misinterpretation and illogical response with destructive emotions.

The unconscious is not the domain of logic, but the conscious facet is. Therefore, the validity of your feelings is relative to the level of conscious logic within which you are functioning, and it is your judgment -- what you say to yourself about the feelings -- that determines your emotion.

People who function at a high level of logic have incredibly accurate intuitive feelings. Intuition may be the unconscious' equivalent to logic. Intuitive feelings alert one to a higher level sense that has found no "factual" logic, but functions with probability mathematics.

The unconscious is the shadow that sees all, hears all, and responds to all with uninhibited freedom; it does not suffer with denial, and it cannot lie. It is there to protect you even when you cannot see or are not willing to admit the danger.

In the primitive mind, intuition can be deceiving, but in the advanced sapien mind, intuition can be a vital function for safety, as well as creative ideas for new inventions and new mathematical theories. While intuition is a highly evolved intelligent sense of the unconscious, it must always have conscious logic applied to it.

However, the energy from intuitive feelings can only be denatured if the applied conscious logic is true; if not, then it will be relentless until the correct physical manifestation is expressed.

In emergencies, feelings are not perceived by the conscious until after the motion has already begun. One feels fear because one is already running from something.

(1) Eliciting Stimulus

(2) nonconscious

1. eliciting stimulus;

2. unconscious receives and perceives stimulus as emergency, and transmits electromagnetic impulse to the appropriate muscle which immediately releases energy with motion.

All feelings require a physical response, motion, to release the electrical energy impulse. It is vital that the conscious facet releases the energy in a healthy manner.

In a non-emergency, if the conscious decides to terminate the response, then the energy needs to be released with exercise or other l'motion to remove the residue from the muscles.

Otherwise, the chemical and energy residue will remain in the muscular tissue and cause damage which may or may not be repairable depending on the physical condition of the body.

(1) Eliciting Stimulus

***NON-EMERGENCY

DANGER: energy internalized and damages body

or

DANGER: energy internalized and damages body

1. eliciting stimulus;
2. nonconscious receives and transmits electromagnetic impulse to the appropriate muscle;
3. muscle receives and transmits impulse to conscious;
4. conscious perceives feeling and decides to intensify, or redirect the motion to another muscle;
or terminates and releases the energy with l'motion;
or terminate and represses, or conscious access denied and repressed - feelings are blocked from entering conscious and release is internalized resulting in damage to the body with internal pain.

Further, there is the instinctive feelings that respond with instinctive survival motion in times of emergency before the eliciting event ever reaches the conscious facet. Indeed, you feel, and begin running before you are even consciously aware of the emotion of fear.

Different emotions include: exercise, dance, painting, music, eating, singing, love. You may be surprised that exercise or painting is an emotion.

However, anything that involves feeling and movement together is an emotion, and each individual has its own emotional repertoire as well as instinctual and culturally learned emotions.

In fact, there is an unlimited number of emotions that anyone can express. With that much emotion, no doubt there needs to be some type of control.

When it comes to controlling the emotions, most people think "repress," but that is the worst thing you can do. The alternative, to freely express the emotions, is also destructive.

It is very dangerous to repress the physical expression of elicited feelings. Once the feelings are there, they must be expressed, but the sapien expresses them logically, not emotionally.

The movement exerted must equal the potential energy released for kinetic expression. Energy power = potential energy + kinetic energy.

Feeling is the potential energy released from an ATP molecule and moving through the body as an impulse to elicit a kinetic function.

Once a feeling occurs, some type of motion must follow, otherwise, the electromagnetic power will function destructively and strike internally like a lightning bolt.

Remember this: if you have a feeling, always follow with a logical motion of some kind while intellectually resolving the issue; otherwise, more potential energy will be released until you resolve the problem.

Further, the conscious relaxation of the affected muscle will also stop the emotion from escalating as you denature it.

The best option is to denature emotions, and express an updated version that functions for your survival at a higher level of logical intelligence.

That is, not to destroy the emotions, because that is not possible, in fact, but to evolve them into something better -- something that serves the intended purpose and more.

That something is l'motion, logical motion, which is motion that has been qualified with rational thinking. This means being l'motionally intelligent and expressing your feelings logically while solving your problems.

L'motion functions in parameters of high level intelligence. We must evolve logical, intelligent l'motions, and, we shall begin right now.

Today, make a decision to evolve from your primitive emotions by expressing all feelings with Life Force logical motion, l'motion, in taking logical action to resolve the problem while expressing the motion with exercise, dance, painting, music, or other physical expressions having logical value.

L'motion makes you feel happy by releasing the feeling energy as well as releasing endorphins, which are chemical stimuli that produce exhilarating happiness.

Succinctly, if you are depressed, upset, tied up in knots, miserable, unhappy -- use God's powerful gift of M-O-T-I-O-N to release invigorating happy endorphins, and redirect the feelings to a logical and controlled response while actively solving your problems intelligently without primitive and destructive emotions.

The Stoic has as much or more feelings as anyone, but responds to those feelings with logical productive motion instead of destruction.

To be a Stoic means to attain the highest level physical fitness and superior health while replacing emotion (evil motion) with l'motion (logical motion). The Stoics are evolving into sapiens. Be with us or be left behind!
